Helge Atle Simonnes (born 1955), is a former leader in media. Now he is consultant, writer, speaker.He has former been a chief editor and CEO in newspapers companies and has been chairman of the board in various press companies and organizations.Helge holds a master’s in business Economy from Department of Business Economics in Oslo and basic courses in political science DH and law. Mr. Simonnes is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Oslo, Norway.
Monica G. Sperre (born 1971) is Partner at Kvale, one of Norway's leading law firms.Monica specializes in both contract law, regulatory matters, contact with authorities, labor law and ship labor law as well as criminal law. She is associated with the firms competence group for Fisheries and Aquaculture. She assists the maritime industry and the shipping companies along the coast in most segments, including fisheries, aquaculture, wellboats and service vessels, offshore, transport and passenger operations. Monica has particular knowledge of the businesses along the coast and she knows that cross-cutting considerations come into play in connection with businesses' legal issues, in addition to seasonal fluctuations. With over 25 years' experience, Monica is one of the country's leading experts on legal issues affecting the coastal industries. She is industry-oriented and has extensive knowledge and experience of the entire maritime industry and the shipping companies along the coast. Ms. Sperre is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Ålesund, Norway.
Katrine Lynge (born 1989) is elected as an employee representative.She is employed in HAV Group’s subsidiary Norwegian Greentech as QHSE Manager, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Shipping Management (NTNU Ålesund) in addition to a Bachelor in Bioengineering. Ms. Lynge is a Norwegian citizen and resides in Herøy (MR), Norway.
