Welcome to HAV Academy, where we are dedicated to fostering the growth and development of our employees and students through different training programs. At HAV Group, we value learning and are committed to the continuous growth of our community.

The goal of HAV Group's Leadership Training Program is to further enhance understanding of one's own and others' influence, power, and authority. Participants will strengthen their relational competence and become more confident in their leadership roles. The participants' personal growth and development goals, aligned with the company's objectives, will form a central platform of the program.

Key objectives include:

  • Understanding vision, values, culture, leadership, and the business model
  • Gaining self-insight and building confident self-knowledge
  • Using coaching as a tool for leadership
  • Developing strategy and a basic understanding of accounting and economics
