We actively participate in career fairs, offer internships and apprenticeships, and are establishing a program for students to write their master's thesis with us. We aim to keep valuable competence within the firm and motivate workers to stay in the workforce beyond 62 years of age by maintaining a good work-life balance.
50 NTNU students from Trondheim joined HAV Group on an unforgettable trip aboard Havila Kystruten, culminating in a visit to our headquarters in Fosnavåg.
